Account Executive

Job Descriptions :

• Manage existing client portfolio and ensure the business continuity
• Minimize customer churn.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers within the assigned accounts B2B customers/portfolios
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them, and track progress towards solving customer

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant major)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B/B2G Account Management / Sales / Business Development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a must-have
• Excellent in English is a must
• Target oriented, attention to details and highly organized
• Able to work with target & under pressure
• Good analytical skill in accommodating customer needs
• Excellent Presentation and communication skill
• A fast learner, able to adapt to change quickly and able to align with business direction
