Job Descriptions :
- Manage existing client portfolio and ensure the business continuity
- Minimize customer churn.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers within the assigned accounts B2B customers/portfolios
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them, and track progress towards solving customer
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant major)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B/B2G Account Management / Sales / Business Development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a must-have
- Excellent in English is a must
- Target oriented, attention to details and highly organized
- Able to work with target & under pressure
- Good analytical skill in accommodating customer needs
- Excellent Presentation and communication skill
- A fast learner, able to adapt to change quickly and able to align with business direction
