Accounting Supervisor (PIK)

Job Description :

• Prepare & analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
• Check reconciliations with banks and sales
• Ensure the follow-up of cash deposits and cash sales to the operations department and recap the promotions to the marketing department
• Identify potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities
• Review journal entries on bank vouchers and cash payments prior to the payment process
• Prepare the COGS and PAC reports at the beginning of each month (every month on the 6th)
• Coordinate the stocktaking of fixed assets
• Prepare the adjusting journal (on an annual basis) every month

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
• Having at least 3 years or more of experience in generalist accounting or finance, with 2 years on supervisory position
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting and procedures, including account operations activities
• Proven ability to develop and train people on how to use financial spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
• Strong ability to create systems for operational efficiency
• Detail, persistence, well organized and able to work under pressure
