Branch Staff (Solo)

Salary and other benefits will be discussed during the offering stage

Things you will do:

1. To greet and ask about the reservation to the guest with proper manner

2. Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system

3. Ask for guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form filled correctly

4. To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Branch Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods/ cabin and public area)

5. Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded

You’ll fit in this job if you:

1. Candidate must possess at least High School / Diploma majoring in tourism/hospitality

2. At least 1 (one) year of working experience as front desk agent / housekeeping at hotel industry

3. Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management

4. Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time

5. Has neat appearance and well groomed
