Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for branch transaction collection and submission based on regular time scheduled.
• Assist superior in analyzing and making the report of the operational expense on branch.
• Understands and performs all tasks as required in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a respectable appearance of grooming and work uniform cleanliness at all times for all the team members.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties, with guidance from superior. 
• Responsible for supervising and maintaining the cleanliness of all branch areas.
• Lead the branch team in a professional attitude by always acting friendly and willing to provide help to others.
• Ensuring all hosts and cleaners serve the guest continuously to create a potent workforce with comprehensive attitude, knowledge, skill and abilities.  
• Report and update the maintenance issues of the branch to superior through ‘Bob Leader Checklist’.
• To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of Resort Assistant Manager on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobocabin Branch.
• Supervise and assist the host in welcoming guests, also handling problems and obstacles at work.

Qualifications:

• Having experience at supervisory level background specialized in front office and/or housekeeping or equivalent.
• At least 1 (one) year of working experience as supervisor in hospitality industry
• Actively able to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
• Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time.
• Has neat appearance and well groomed
