Cabin Staff (Kaldera Toba , Sumut)

Job Descriptions:

• To greet and ask about the reservation to the guest with proper manner
• Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system
• Ask for guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form filled correctly
• To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Branch Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods/ cabin and public area)
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least High School / Diploma majoring in tourism/hospitality
• At least 1 (one) year of working experience as front desk agent / housekeeping at hotel industry
• Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management
• Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time
• Has neat appearance and well groomed
