Job Descriptions:
- To greet and ask about the reservation to the guest with proper manner
- Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system
- Ask for guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form filled correctly
- To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Branch Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods/ cabin and public area)
- Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least High School / Diploma majoring in tourism/hospitality
- At least 1 (one) year of working experience as front desk agent / housekeeping at hotel industry
- Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management
- Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time
- Has neat appearance and well groomed
