Qualification :
1) Maximum 35 years old
2) Candidate must possess Diploma degree or equivalent in Hospitality/Tata Boga/Kitchen Management
3) At least 1 years of working experience as CDP or related position
4) Understand well about maintaining COGS, Food Standard also Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitation
5) Work well in teams as well as individually
6) Strong leadership, problem solver and detail oriented
7) Passionate about hospitality, humble & demonstrates willingness to grow / learn
8) Comfortable working with pork and alcohol
Job Description :
1) Controlling food quality and standard
2) Making ingredient purchase order
3) Reporting directly to Operational Manager
4) Making wastage weekly wastage report
5) Controlling daily inventory report
6) Controlling kitchen order flow
