Job Description:

- Build and lead my omnichannel commercial policy for my zone linked to my area.

- Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my store and my zone.

- Ensure that my physical and digital layout areas perform well.

- Lead on safety and eco-responsibility.

- Manage and achieve my commercial objectives and profitability for my omnichannel business (instore/outstore).

- Develop teammates’ autonomy through a skills integration and development plan.

- Respect and enforce all staff legal rules

- Decide on a current and future human structure consistent with my commercial strategy, my economic activity and our

transformations (digital, data, sustainable development, departments, etc.)
