Greeter/Host

Qualification :

1) Have minimum 1 year of experience as Greeter/Host

2) Minimum education SMA/SMK, from a hostpitality background would be preferably

3) English Proficiency, intermediate in both verbal and written

4) Able to join immidiately

5) Female with minimum height 160cm, and maximum 30 years old

Job Description :

1) Greet guests on the entrance and put them on a waiting list if necessary

2) Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions

3) Arrange guest seating at tables or in waiting areas

4) Assist guest to the tables while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of cutomers

5) Engage with guests to ensure guest happiness with the services and food provided

6) Respond to complaints and help guests to resolve the complaints
