Responsibilities:
* Develop and curate a menu featuring matcha-based beverages
* Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent taste and exceptional customer service
* Train and mentor staff on preparation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
* Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining quality standards
* Maintain stock and implement inventory control
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista
* Strong interest and capability in beverages menu research and development (R&D)
* Detail-oriented, with a focus on excellent service and product quality
* Demonstrated leadership and training abilities
* In-depth knowledge of matcha, including different grades, brewing methods, and flavor profiles is a plus
* Ability to work mobile in the Jakarta-Tangerang area
