Qualification :
1) Maximum 35 years old
2) Candidate must possess Diploma degree in Culinary Education/Food Production/Hotelier/Food Technology
3) At least 5 years of working experience as Head Chef or related position in Western Retaurant
4) Possess a thorough understanding of western dishes and customs, including courtesy while dining out and traditional cooking techniques
5) Creative and innovative
6) Knowledge of product decelopment processes
7) Good communication skills, discipline, and ability to work in teams
8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
9) Highly organized and self-motivated
10) Willing to have a high frequency of business trip
