Job Description : Lead SDLC process particularly requirement gathering and design analysis Translate user requirements into functional and/or technical specification Work with user and technical team to deliver Functional specification Provide system solution & recommendation including workaround solution to solve production issue and problems Estimate work and development effort to achieving project timeline Work closely with team of developer and QA to ensure the requirement are fully delivered Requirement: Age between 25-35 years Having educational background in computer science/information technology/engineering/business management or any other related field Having work experience minimal 3 years as IT Business Analyst in banking or payment industry Critical thinking and problem solving Sharp analytical skill Excellent decision making and leadership capabilities Adaptability & communication skill Excellent in documentation of requirement and IT functionalities
