Purchasing Import

Job Description :

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments’ users and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work to meet the criteria and standards required.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to warehouse on schedule.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source or trouble and take corrective action.
• Checking all supported documents such as packing list, B/L, AWB, insurance, etc from suppliers.
• Preparing and checking all documents for clearance of goods.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major are welcome
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both Bahasa & English (Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Having min 1 year experience in the same field
• Having knowledge about import regulations
• Excellent communication skills with mature outgoing personality
• Smart, fast learner, self-motivated, strong work ethic and responsibility
• Familiar with ERP system
