SAP Basis Consultant (Medan)

Job Descriptions:

• Install and configure SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PO, SAP SolMan, SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver, SAP PI, and other SAP systems
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and system refreshes
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP systems, including system failures and system performance issues
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and end-users on SAP Basis related topics
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including system configurations, system landscape diagrams, and system maintenance procedures
• Manage SAP transport system and coordinate transport requests with developers
• Perform system backups and recovery procedures
• Collaborate with other IT teams, such as application support, infrastructure, and security teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Able to communicate in English actively is a must
• Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
