Senior Teknisi Maintenance

1. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. 2. Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures at Office & All Flagship (Bengkel). 3. Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance procedures. 4. Manage electrical and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality, also plan and schedule repairs. 5. Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. 6. Perform general maintenance tasks including repairing, painting, etc. 7. Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance. 8. Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies. 9. Proactively gives input to all employees for facility maintenance.
