Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and curate creative and compelling content for various social media platforms. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
2. Community Engagement:Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand advocacy.
3. Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trends, industry news, and competitor activity. Utilize social media listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement.
4. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts. Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and provide actionable insights.
6. Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure proactive approach to social media management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in social media management or a related role at least 3 years of experience
3. Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation tools.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
