Qualifications :
- Max 35 y.o., at least Diploma in any field (Hospitality Management or Culinary is a plus)
- Min. 2 years experience in managing restaurant operations
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a must
- Have an excellent understanding of all restaurant section, including kitchen, bar, and service
- Target oriented & work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekend, and public holiday
- Neat presentation
