• Project Documentation
• Creating standard project documentation such as FSD, BRS, User Manual, CR, include using version control systems to manage revisions and updates to documentation.
• Information Gathering and Research
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
• Writing and Editing
• Creating well-written and grammatically correct content that is tailored to the target audience.
• Collaboration and Teamwork
• Often collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
• Project Management and Organization
• May work on multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to manage time effectively
• Continuous Learning and Improvement

Requirement:

• Minimum degree in informatics engineering, computer science, information system, or related fields
• Strong Writing and Communication Skills (Fluent in Indonesia and English)
• Technical Background or Knowledge Understand the concept of information systems development, such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum. Familiarity with IT tools, technologies, and terminologies is also beneficial
• Documentation Expertise Should be proficient in various documentation techniques and tools. This includes using authoring tools (Ms Office and UML)
• Attention to Detail and Quality Need to have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in their documentation
