Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Description :

-Create design themes and plans, including window shop displays, signage, and pricing concepts.

-Liaise with the purchasing, design, and marketing teams.

-Conduct research on current trends and forecast future trends in design, lifestyle, and related features of the target market.

-Discuss sales strategies with sales and retail departments.

-Identify and search for suppliers of props, fabric, hardware, and lighting.

-Maintain the budget by conducting good negotiations with suppliers.

-Arrange store architectural features to maximize available space.

-Provide merchandise training to retailers.

-Solicit and record feedback from colleagues and customers on visual effects displays.

Qualification :

1. Male

2. Experience working independently, creatively & innovatively in a fast paced environment

3. Preferably with architecture background/DKV/Desaign Interior

4. Excellent verbal & written communication in English

5. Flexible and well organized

6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with some experience of Adobe Programmes

7. Maximum age: 40 years

8. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position as a manager.

9. Strong interpersonal skills
